Warranty
These rules apply unless your quotation states otherwise. The condition on each quotation line, as defined in our Trade Terms, decides which rule applies.

| Grade B, Grade D | Sold as described. Limited functional warranty only for complete failure that the description did not disclose. Cosmetic claims are excluded. | 14 days from delivery |
| AS-IS, AS-IS+ | Sold as described, with no warranty. | None |
What is not covered
- Water, other liquid, moisture or oxidation damage after delivery
- Knocks, drops, pressure or other physical damage after delivery
- Jailbreaking, rooting, unlocking, firmware changes, third-party software, or repair or alteration we did not approve
- Faults caused by non-genuine accessories, chargers or batteries
- Cosmetic deterioration and normal wear after delivery
- Units with an altered, removed or unreadable IMEI or serial number
- Units reported lost, stolen or blacklisted after dispatch, or blocked by a network or finance provider after dispatch
Making a claim
Write to us within the warranty period with the details listed under What a dispute notice contains. We answer in the same way and within the same time as a dispute.
Beyond what these pages state, warranties and conditions implied by law are excluded as far as the law allows. The limits of liability in our Trade Terms also apply.
