EFTYCHIA ZOI SINGLE MEMBER P.C. Request a Quote

Trade Terms

Version 1.0, in force from 2 November 2026.

EFTYCHIA ZOI SINGLE MEMBER P.C. (“we”) applies these terms to all its quotations, orders, sales and deliveries to business customers (“you”). The Delivery, Warranty and Returns and Exchanges pages form part of them. Your own general conditions do not apply, and a change to these terms needs our signed written agreement.

Businesses only

We sell to retailers, wholesalers, distributors, repair shops, refurbishers and companies buying for their own use. We do not sell to private consumers, so the consumer right of withdrawal and the consumer legal guarantee do not apply to our sales.

When you order, you confirm that:

  • your business is registered in its home jurisdiction;
  • you hold every licence and registration needed to bring in, keep and resell the goods;
  • the goods are for resale or business use, not personal consumption;
  • you are not acting for anyone under United Nations, European Union, United Kingdom or United States trade or financial sanctions.

Company checks

Before your first quotation we ask for your company registration document, tax or VAT number and proof of trading address. We may also ask, then or later, for beneficial ownership details and identification of the people who sign for your company. A first review typically takes 1 to 2 business days. Until a check is complete we may hold an order, and we may cancel it if the check fails.

Minimum order quantities

GoodsMinimum
New phones and computers1 unit per SKU
New tablets and smartwatches5 units per SKU
Accessories and audio10 units per SKU
Goods quoted as AS-IS or AS-IS+20 units per SKU
Used goods50 units per order, which can be a mix of SKUs

We may refuse an order below these quantities unless we agreed otherwise in writing. The table sets minimums only and does not show what can be supplied; that is confirmed in each quotation.

Quotations and prices

  • Quotations are written and lapse automatically when the period they state ends, which is 24 to 48 hours after issue.
  • You choose EUR, USD or GBP on the quotation, and that currency then applies to the whole transaction.
  • Unless a quotation says otherwise, prices do not include taxes, duties, levies, freight, insurance or bank charges. VAT is added where the law requires it and is shown on the proforma invoice.
  • Prices can still move until we issue the order confirmation, for example with exchange rates or supply, and are fixed from that moment.
  • Every price depends on the goods being available when we confirm the order. If they are not, we may offer a different condition, model or quantity, and you decide in writing whether to take it.

Orders

Send orders in writing, quoting the quotation number. An order binds us only when we issue a written order confirmation, which can cover all or part of it.

You cannot cancel, change or reduce a confirmed order. If you ask to cancel after confirmation, a restocking charge of 100% of the order value applies, whether or not the goods have left us.

We may withdraw an order confirmation and refund your prepayment in full if the goods become unavailable for reasons beyond our reasonable control, if you do not pass a company check, or if we find a price or specification error and tell you within 24 hours of confirming.

Condition of goods

Each quotation line states a condition, using these terms:

TermMeaning
New / SealedFactory sealed and never opened.
Grade ALooks excellent, with little or no visible wear. Works fully.
Grade ABLooks good, with light scratches from normal use. Works fully.
Grade BLooks acceptable, with visible scratches on the screen or body. Works fully.
Grade DWorks, but has cosmetic flaws such as scratches and small screen marks like light spots or faint shadows.
AS-IS, AS-IS+Sold as they are, without a grade. The quotation states what is known about them.

These terms describe goods as sold. They are neither a warranty nor a test report, and their appearance here does not mean goods of that kind are on offer.

Payment

  • Payment is 100% in advance by bank transfer. We allocate, prepare and dispatch goods only after the full amount has cleared in our bank account, which is when we treat it as received.
  • We do not take cash on delivery, credit cards, instalments, consumer payment apps, credit terms or open accounts. Escrow is possible only if we agree to it in writing before the order confirmation.
  • Your bank’s charges, intermediary fees and conversion costs are yours to pay. The sum reaching our account must match the invoice, and any shortfall must be paid before the goods are released.
  • We send our bank details only from our official email address. If payment instructions seem to change, check with us through a contact you already know before paying. We are not liable for losses caused by altered instructions.

Trademarks and confidentiality

Brand names and trademarks stay with their owners, and buying goods gives you no rights in them. Do not remove, change or hide the markings, serial numbers or IMEIs the manufacturer put on the goods.

Treat our prices, goods lists, quotations and commercial terms as confidential. Use them only for your own purchasing; do not publish, resell or scrape them. Each side also keeps the other’s non-public information confidential. Personal data is covered by our Privacy Notice.

Import rules, export controls and sanctions

You are responsible for import duties, taxes, VAT and customs charges in the destination country; for import licences and regulatory approvals such as CE marking, WEEE registration and telecom type approval; and for the recycling, take-back, labelling, consumer protection and after-sales duties that apply where you resell.

Goods may fall under EU, US and other export control laws. You must not pass them on, directly or indirectly, to a destination, end-user or end-use those laws prohibit, and you must not re-export them to Russia or Belarus.

We do not sell to, and you must not resell to, anyone or anywhere under United Nations, European Union, United Kingdom or United States sanctions. If this section is breached we may suspend or end all orders at once without liability and keep prepaid sums while we investigate.

Limits of liability

We keep the liability that Greek law does not allow us to limit, including for fraud, intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury.

Within that limit, our total liability for an order, on any legal ground, is capped at the invoice value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for lost profit, business, goodwill, expected savings or data, or for indirect or consequential loss.

Events beyond control

Neither side is in breach if an event beyond its reasonable control delays or prevents performance, except for payment already due. Examples are war, terrorism, civil unrest, embargoes, sanctions, government orders, epidemics, natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, strikes outside the affected side’s own staff, failures of energy, telecom or transport networks, port closures, customs blockades and disruption among our supply and logistics partners. The affected side tells the other as soon as it reasonably can and works to limit the effects. If the event lasts more than 60 calendar days, either side may end the affected order in writing, and we refund prepayments for goods not yet dispatched.

Ending an order or the relationship

We may end an order or our business relationship at once by written notice if you commit a serious breach that cannot be put right or is not put right within 7 business days of our notice, if you become insolvent or enter liquidation or a similar procedure, if you fail a repeat company check, or if you break the rules above on eligibility, confidentiality or sanctions. Rights that already exist are not affected.

Law and courts

Greek law governs these terms and any dispute connected with them, including non-contractual disputes, and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. The courts of Athens have exclusive jurisdiction.

Other points

  • A business day is any day except a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday in Greece. Incoterms means Incoterms 2020.
  • Notices are written and go to the email address each side uses for the order.
  • You may not assign or subcontract your rights or duties without our written consent. We may transfer ours to a successor.
  • These terms and the order confirmation are the whole agreement and replace earlier communications.
  • If one provision is invalid, the rest continues to apply. A delay in using a right does not give it up.
  • The English text prevails over any translation.
