Delivery regions
Orders can go worldwide, except where couriers do not operate, bank transfers are not possible or the law forbids it. Your proforma invoice confirms what applies to your country.
Goods do not go to North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson or Zaporizhzhia.
Ways to receive goods

| Express courier | DAP | We book a courier such as DHL, UPS or FedEx to your destination. You pay any import duties and taxes on arrival. |
| Your own forwarder | EXW | Your forwarder collects from the dispatch point named in the order confirmation and takes over from there. |
Duties and taxes
Import duties, taxes and customs charges at the destination are yours to pay, whichever method you use. Prices do not include them.
Risk and ownership
Risk passes to you as the agreed Incoterm provides. Ownership passes only when we have received full payment in cleared funds.
Delivery dates
Dates we give are estimates. If we have made commercially reasonable efforts to keep to them, we are not liable for loss caused by a delay.
Goods not taken
If you do not take delivery within 7 business days of hearing that the goods are ready, we may charge storage at current rates. After 14 business days we may resell them and set the proceeds against your account.
