Quotation confirmation
Our team reviews your enquiry and contacts you to discuss availability and quotation terms. Product availability, condition, pricing, warranty and delivery terms are confirmed individually in each quotation.
A new buyer first sends us its company documents for a short check.

Order confirmation
When you accept the quotation, the products, quantities and terms it states are the basis of the order confirmation. Payment is made in full by bank transfer before the goods are allocated or dispatched.

Delivery
The goods are delivered to the agreed destination, following the delivery terms in the quotation. Check them on arrival: any dispute notice is due within 48 hours of delivery.
Commercial terms
- Who can buy
- Registered businesses only: retailers, wholesalers, distributors, repair shops, refurbishers and companies buying for their own use. No sales to private consumers.
- Company check
- Before your first quotation we ask for your company registration document, tax or VAT number and proof of trading address. A first review typically takes 1 to 2 business days.
- Quotation validity
- 24 to 48 hours from issue, as stated on the quotation.
- Minimum order quantity
- New phones and computers: 1 per SKU. New tablets and smartwatches: 5 per SKU. Accessories and audio: 10 per SKU. AS-IS and AS-IS+: 20 per SKU. Used goods: 50 per order, mixed if you wish.
- Quotation currency
- EUR, USD or GBP, chosen on the quotation.
- Payment methods
- 100% in advance by bank transfer, before goods are allocated or dispatched.
- Delivery regions
- Worldwide, except where couriers, banks or the law rule it out.
- Shipping methods
- Express courier on DAP terms, or your own forwarder on EXW terms. The buyer pays import duties and taxes.
- Warranty
- New / Sealed: the manufacturer’s warranty. Grades A and AB: 30 days. Grades B and D: 14 days. AS-IS and AS-IS+: none.
- Returns and exchanges
- Written dispute notice within 48 hours of delivery. Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled without a restocking charge.
