Returns and Exchanges
Check goods on arrival
Inspect the goods when they arrive. You have 48 hours from delivery, measured from the carrier’s proof of delivery, to send us a written dispute notice. After that the goods count as accepted and we no longer consider claims about quantity, grade, appearance or function. A claim for a defect covered by our Warranty is not affected.
What a dispute notice contains
- The order confirmation number and the invoice number
- Each disputed unit’s IMEI or serial number
- Clear photographs
- Video, if the dispute is about how the unit works
- An exact description of how the unit differs from the condition stated in the quotation
What happens next
We investigate and give you a written decision within 5 business days of receiving a complete notice. If we uphold the dispute, we choose the remedy: replacement of the units concerned, a credit towards later orders, a partial refund, or a combination of these. Our liability under a dispute never exceeds the invoice value of those units.
Sending goods back
Goods go back only as part of an upheld dispute or warranty claim, so please wait for our written confirmation before sending anything. A change of mind is not a reason to return goods: we sell to businesses only, and a confirmed order cannot be cancelled without the charge set out in our Trade Terms.
